Heart ♥️ of the cacao bean. After roasting, we crack the beans open and remove the husk to harvest the nibs. These are the same nibs we grind to make cocoa liquor, the purest form of chocolate used by chefs, bakers, and chocolatiers.

Storage
Chocolates should be stored in a clean, dry, slightly cool, and odorless place, such as a pantry cabinet, with a recommended temperature range of 18°C to 22°C. It's important to keep them away from heat and light and avoid storing them in the fridge, refrigerator, or chiller, as sudden changes in temperature can cause a whitish coating, known as 'bloom', to appear on their surface. 'Bloom' is caused by crystals of fat or sugar rising to the surface of the chocolates. While bloomed chocolates are still safe to eat, they may have an altered appearance and texture.
