135 grams (15pcs) Malagos Pure Unsweetened Chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour


  1. Preheat oven to 350F (178C). Grease and line a 9×9 inch square pan. Set aside.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, put together the Malagos Unsweetened Chocolate and butter. Place over simmering water and allow butter to melt. Stir occasionally and set aside to cool.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, honey, salt and vanilla at medium speed until light for about 3-5 minutes. Stir in chocolate-butter mixture then fold in the flour. Blend well.
  4. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and cool completely. Cut into squares.
