Malagos Signature Brownies

Ingredients
135 grams (15pcs) Malagos Pure Unsweetened Chocolate
1 cup unsalted butter
3 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 350F (178C). Grease and line a 9×9 inch square pan. Set aside.
- In a heatproof bowl, put together the Malagos Unsweetened Chocolate and butter. Place over simmering water and allow butter to melt. Stir occasionally and set aside to cool.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, honey, salt and vanilla at medium speed until light for about 3-5 minutes. Stir in chocolate-butter mixture then fold in the flour. Blend well.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and cool completely. Cut into squares.
