90 g Malagos Unsweetened Chocolate, grated
1-1/4 cups evaporated milk
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, optional


1) Combine the flour and sugar. Add the evaporated milk and condensed milk and stir with a wire whisk.  Strain the mixture into a small saucepan.
2) Add the grated chocolate and cook over medium fire until thick, stirring all the time.
3) Turn off the fire and stir in the butter and vanilla. Frost the cooled cake.
