Pure and all natural tablea. This is 100% pure chocolate that's proudly Filipino. This is unsweetened chocolate (0 sugar / 0 sweetener) in its purest form from cacao beans grown and processed on our farms in Davao City, Philippines.

Awarded four (4) GOLDS & one (1) BRONZE at the 2020 World Drinking Chocolate Competition organized by the prestigious International Chocolate Awards. The results were announced during the virtual Schokoladen Gourmet Festival in Hannover, Germany last October 25, 2020. 🎉🏆🇵🇭🍫

What makes our Gold victory even sweeter is this: the Unsweetened Chocolate is the base throughout our entire product line. It is our purest with only one ingredient, the fermented dried cacao bean.

INGREDIENTS

Dried fermented beans.

USES

Chocolate-based drinks, chocolate porridge (champorado), confections, ice cream, chocolate sauce, etc.  Click here for recipes.

For a quick, comforting cup of hot chocolate, heat one cup of milk in a small saucepan over low heat. Add 20-30 grams of our award-winning 100% Pure Unsweetened Chocolate (tablea), stirring constantly until it is completely melted. Continue stirring and simmer gently for about three minutes. The mixture will thicken—take care that it does not boil over. Pour into a cup ☕️, add your preferred sweetener, and serve immediately.

STORAGE

Store in a clean, dry, slightly cool, and odorless place like a pantry cabinet  (18° to maximum 22°C). Keep away from heat and light. Do not store in a fridge / refrigerator / chiller as sudden change in temperature will change the appearance of the chocolate (i.e., whitish coating). This phenomenon is called 'bloom' –– the cocoa butter rises to the surface. Chocolates that have 'bloomed' are still edible.

Processing and delivery upon receipt of payment:

In-store pickup schedule (except Sundays and holidays)
- Paid orders before 12noon: same day between 2pm-5pm.
- Paid orders after 12noon: next working day between 10am-5pm.
