Storage
Chocolates should be stored in a clean, dry, cool, and odorless place, such as a pantry cabinet. The recommended temperature range is 18Ā°C to 22Ā°C. It's important to keep them away from heat and light. Avoid storing them in the fridge, refrigerator, or chiller, as sudden changes in temperature can cause a whitish coating, known as 'bloom', to appear on their surface. 'Bloom' is caused when crystals of fat or sugar rise to the surface of the chocolates. Although bloomed chocolates are still safe to eat, they may have an altered appearance and texture.
