Ingredients

300 grams Malagos Pure Unsweetened Chocolate
500 ml cream
I can condensed milk (You may adjust to suit taste).

Method

Melt chocolate in a double broiler.
Mix everything using an electric mixer.
Blend well.
Put mixture in a plastic container.   Makes around 1 – 1.5 liters.
Put in a freezer for six (6) hours.
Scoop and serve.

No antifreeze additives.
